We partner with property owners worldwide to unlock long-term value through tailored financial solutions and support the development of critical digital infrastructure across international markets.
We are looking for a Counsel (Litigation) to join our growing UK Legal team. Due to an increase in dispute activity across our UK portfolio, this role will play a key part in managing litigation matters, supporting complex disputes, and strengthening the team's in-house litigation capability.
You will manage a portfolio of litigation matters while working closely with senior lawyers on higher-value or strategic disputes, including those linked to real estate/ECC code, lease termination, and infrastructure-related issues. This role offers an opportunity for a litigation lawyer to develop deeper in-house expertise, gain exposure to property and infrastructure disputes, and work closely with commercial stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of UK litigation cases, including delay-based claims and lower-complexity disputes
- Progress cases efficiently while maintaining strong documentation and reporting
- Track case status, risks, and outcomes
- Assist senior lawyers on property/Code, termination, and higher-value disputes
- Support preparation for hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement documentation
We are looking for
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK qualification)
- Experience handling litigation matters in private practice or in-house
- Ability to manage multiple disputes simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with property, infrastructure, telecom, or code disputes (ECC)
- Exposure to lease disputes or real estate litigation
- Experience in a high-volume litigation environment
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and annual compensation (Discuss in initial Call with TA)
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days with tenure, plus public holidays
- Private medical and dental insurance (BUPA) fully covered for employees
- Life insurance (4x salary) and income protection
- Pension plan with employer contribution
- Monthly phone allowance (£40) where applicable
- Opportunity to work within a global digital infrastructure investment company
- Exposure to complex legal matters in an international environment
