We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our highly respected APW Weybridge team, where professionalism, market expertise, and client care are at the heart of what we do.

About the Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving lettings activity, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients find their perfect property match. You will:

  • Register and engage with new applicants, maintaining regular and proactive communication
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Arrange, organise, and conduct property viewings
