We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our highly respected APW Weybridge team, where professionalism, market expertise, and client care are at the heart of what we do.
About the Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving lettings activity, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients find their perfect property match. You will:
- Register and engage with new applicants, maintaining regular and proactive communication
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Arrange, organise, and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and manage the lettings process on behalf of clients
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the local property market
- Collaborate closely with your Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets
