Overall Purpose of the Role

The Streetlighting Manager is a UK wide role with responsibility for the overall management, supervision, and delivery of streetlighting operations, ensuring all contractual, safety, and quality requirements are met. The role involves managing Supervisors, leading field teams, coordinating resources, maintaining compliance, and acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

What you will be doing

  • Manage day-to-day streetlighting operations, ensuring all deadlines and contractual requirements are consistently met.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the Streetlighting team, including staff planning, performance, training and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Monitor work planning schedule to ensure efficient delivery and that client expectations are met.
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for clients, attend meetings and maintain strong professional client relationships.
  • Ensure departmental full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
