Aptus Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to assist in the delivery of therapy services aimed at helping patients improve their ability to perform daily living and work‑related activities. Our mission at Aptus Health Care is to provide personalized care that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for our patients. Education: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
Experience: Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and assist patients in therapy activities
