Responsibilities:

  • Own project execution from onboarding through delivery.
  • Remove blockers, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned so work never loses momentum.
  • Surface recurring issues, prioritise pain points, turn operational insights into product improvements.
  • No two days are the same. You'll work across hiring, onboarding, project delivery, contributor support, payments, and product operations - solving a wide range of problems as we scale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university with some hands-on coding and finance experience.
  • Exceptional academic or professional achievements.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and bias for action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Fast learner who thrives in unfamiliar environments.
  • Can work well independently or as part of a team.
