At work, we're building a high-performance, people-first culture. We move quickly, think ambitiously, and set a high bar for ourselves, all while staying open, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. The best ideas here win regardless of who they come from, teams sit close to leadership, and every voice has a say in what comes next.

In this 3-month internship, you will apply your knowledge to improve AI reasoning across complex financial workflows. You will help develop, evaluate, and refine high-quality training data that enables AI models to reason more accurately about financial analysis, valuation, transactions, and investment banking use cases.

In this role you will:

  • Develop realistic investment banking scenarios, prompts, and reference solutions that reflect real-world analytical workflows.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, technical rigor, and completeness using structured evaluations.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to translate finance expertise into high-quality evaluation criteria and training signals.
  • Identify common failure modes in financial reasoning, modelling assumptions, valuation methodologies, and transaction analysis.
  • Document best practices, reasoning frameworks, and evaluation guidelines to improve AI performance across financial domains.

This role will be a great fit if you:

  • Are a current student or recent graduate with prior experience through an investment banking internship, equity research, valuation, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
  • Possess a solid understanding of financial modelling (LBO), valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions), financial statements, and transaction processes.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and can critically assess whether financial reasoning is accurate, complete, and well-supported.
  • Communicate sharply, can explain why a piece of reasoning is right or wrong.
  • Are comfortable working with ambiguity, iterative feedback, and evolving evaluation standards.
  • Have an interest in Generative AI and are excited about applying finance expertise to improve AI systems.

How we support you:

  • Competitive salaries. Top performers are considered for full-time roles.
  • Modern, centrally located London office built for collaboration and focus.
