We specialise in sourcing clinicians (experts) and annotating medical data at scale that is used to train the models such as labelling and reviewing consultation notes, medical images or pathology reports.

The projects we manage sit at the heart of how AI learns to understand real clinical interactions from consultations, workflows and the delivery of care that directly affects both clinicians and patients.

Our strength is end‑to‑end project management, from sourcing the right clinician all the way through to ensuring the final output meets the clinical standards required.

Projects we have been involved in include SNOMED Medical Coding for Medical Device Registration, AI powered MDT platforms and AI‑assisted Clinical Trials Recruitment.

We are a small, in‑person team based in London.

We move quickly, hold ourselves to a high standard, and expect every individual to contribute directly.

About The Role

This is a generalist operational role as well as being the first hire in the healthcare team so naturally comes with a lot of responsibility and growth opportunities.

A core focus of this role is to bring your clinical background and creativity to grow our network of healthcare professionals looking to advance AI in healthcare through short‑term, remote, flexible AI projects.

This is coupled to helping design, manage and deliver projects across multiple clinical domains.

You will be involved in the initial customer conversations, sourcing the right clinicians and creating project‑specific resources.

You will be responsible for onboarding clinicians, processing payments on a weekly basis, maintaining their engagement alongside offering a white‑glove service for our customers.

This role carries genuine breadth and real ownership from day one with the unique opportunity to work directly with some of the world’s leading AI labs.

You will work directly with the Head of Healthcare, Dr Abdul Rahyead (former NHS doctor and ex‑founder).

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the healthcare expert network, handle onboarding, maintain timely communications and payouts for experts, and explore creative ways to engage more clinicians through hackathons, platforms and IRL events.
• Support commercial and partnership activities, including setting up GTM motions and outreach initiatives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of healthcare customer relationships, from onboarding, contracting and project delivery.
• Support end‑to‑end project delivery, including expert engagement, manage QA and review processes to ensure outputs from experts meet the required clinical standards and accuracy needed to train AI models safely.
• Streamline and improve existing processes for experts (sourcing, onboarding, communications, payouts) and for projects (resources, time‑tracking, milestones, review processes) to remain lean and manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified healthcare professional with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience (NHS).
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and competing priorities.
• Ability to context‑switch between clinicians, customers, projects and operational responsibilities without losing pace or attention to detail.
• A proactive, self‑directed working style, comfortable operating in an environment where the processes are still being defined and the playbook is being written in real time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to deliver and work in time‑constrained environments.

Desirable Attributes

• Previously worked at a startup, scale‑up or similarly high‑paced setting.
• Familiarity with data annotation/labelling, designing and developing evals for AI models.
• Experience in a client‑facing, commercial or business development role.
• Experimented with setting up personal or company‑related AI workflows and automations.
