Responsibilities
- Own project execution from onboarding through delivery.
- Remove blockers, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned so work never loses momentum.
- Surface recurring issues, prioritise pain points, turn operational insights into product improvements.
- No two days are the same.
You'll work across hiring, onboarding, project delivery, contributor support, payments, and product operations - solving a wide range of problems as we scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM from a top university with some hands-on coding experience.
