HCPT is seeking a Volunteer Co-ordinator in Rugby to support volunteering growth across the charity.
You will work within the Volunteer Centre, assisting recruitment through to retention and ensuring a high-quality volunteer experience.
Reporting to the Head of Engagement, you will build relationships with Regional Groups, drive onboarding, safeguarding compliance, and contribute to mission-wide engagement.
Some travel to Lourdes is required each Easter.
