Our Degree Apprenticeship combines a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) with hands‑on experience across the hotel, allowing you to develop management expertise while learning in a real working environment. Throughout your three‑year programme, you’ll work across multiple departments, gaining a broad understanding of the business and developing the skills needed to progress into future supervisory and management roles. We anticipate a mid‑August start date at the hotel, with a university induction scheduled for 27 August. Interviews will take place during the weeks commencing 29 June and 6 July.
