We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist our Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, The Living Space and The Glasshouse. You’ll be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused, and have excellent time-keeping skills that enable you to prioritize under pressure, ensuring that our guests continue to enjoy our experience first-class, flawless service.

As our Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be:
- Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse.
- Deputising for the Restaurant Manager, when required.
- Working with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to optimize all aspects of our food service.
- Assisting in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team.
- Managing guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner.
- Helping to create a safe environment for both staff and guests, whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
