The Role
The Product & Engineering Team Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Product & Engineering function. This role is responsible for coordinating administration across finance, scheduling, team operations, and events, ensuring the wider team can operate efficiently and effectively.
Working closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations, the successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and processing purchase orders
Supporting invoice management and software subscription administration
Coordinating overtime and travel payment processes
Managing team calendars and scheduling meetings, workshops, and recurring sessions
Supporting leadership scheduling requirements
Organising team events, offsites, workshops, and engagement activities
Assisting with operational and administrative activities across the wider Product & Engineering function

Where You’ll Be
This role is based from our London office and we support hybrid working.
To us at Aptitude, hybrid working means that our employees come together for 2-days per week at their local office. It’s an opportunity for our teams to collaborate, solve problems together and to be engaged and involved in the wider community of our business.
We ask employees to come into the office every Wednesday and give you the flexibility to choose your other day.
