Fynapse is a Finance ERP built around a Super Ledger. Selling it well means being fluent in three things at once: what the platform actually does, why a CFO or Group Controller would fund it, and how the conversation changes between various industries.
This is a product and industry enablement role rather than a sales methodology one; we already have a sales process. What we need is someone who can teach people to sell this product, to these buyers, in these industries, and keep that current as the platform evolves.
What you'll own:
- GTM onboarding: Own the product and industry onboarding journey for every new GTM hire: AEs, BDRs, Sales Engineers & Account Managers. Design role-specific paths and build in verification.
- The core curriculum: Teach value propositions, buyer maps, business case construction, triggers, and industry context.
- Migration of the existing base: Build and own the enablement for the migration conversation and equip account teams to run that conversation.
- Maintaining the standard: Create certification on industry narratives, demo storylines, and coach in the flow of work.
- Build the function: Shape tooling and make knowledge findable at the point of need.
- Autonomy and guardrails: You have full latitude over how we enable.
How you'll work:
- Be a practitioner, co-create with top performers, and curate a trusted set of material.
- Design enablement that holds up across three regions.
Where this role grows:
- Externally facing: running value or industry sessions, supporting complex deals.
- Partner and ecosystem enablement.
Success:
- First 90 days: Fluent enough in Fynapse to run the product narrative and a first meeting unaided.
- By 12 months: Onboarding live across all GTM roles, with certification and measurable reduction in ramp time.
Job requirements:
- Essential: Experience selling finance software into target industries, existing finance and accounting knowledge, experience migrating clients, facilitation and coaching skills, pipeline-literate and data-driven.
- Desirable: Qualified or part-qualified accountant, direct experience with ERP, awareness of accounting standards, experience enabling partner ecosystems, and familiarity with formal sales methodology.
