Aptitude Software is recruiting a Head of Customer Support to transform and lead our global support function as we move toward SaaS and scale with Fynapse-led growth. You will own the global support operating model, governance, and continuous improvement to deliver faster, clearer outcomes for our enterprise customers.

In this hands-on leadership role you will coach and upskill the team, partner with Product and Engineering, and use data, automation, and AI to raise service quality and scale.
