Aptitude Software is undergoing a marketing transformation – investing in data, insights, and infrastructure to accelerate growth. Our goal is to create a demand generation engine that is efficient, measurable, and scalable.
As a Marketing Operations & MarTech Specialist, you’ll own the systems, processes, and data that power our marketing. You will ensure campaigns run efficiently, the funnel is transparent, and decisions are driven by reliable data insights.
What Success Looks Like
You build and maintain a marketing infrastructure that fuels predictable growth by:
- Owning and optimizing the MarTech stack (automation, CRM, reporting tools) to ensure seamless lead flow and attribution.
- Leveraging Marketo and Demandbase to orchestrate multi‑channel ABM campaigns and provide insights on account engagement and pipeline impact.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to implement and optimise Demandbase, ensuring alignment on ABM strategy, campaign execution, and measurement of target account engagement.
- Improving data quality and governance so sales and marketing share a single source of truth.
- Partnering with Sales Operations to align systems, definitions, SLAs, and reporting, ensuring visibility across the funnel.
- Creating dashboards and insights that empower the marketing team to make smarter, faster decisions.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, generate Sales pipeline, and improve ROI and conversion tracking.
You enable adaptability and clarity by:
- Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Establishing processes that scale while leaving room for innovation.
- Acting as the operational backbone of the marketing function.

Where you’ll be
Whilst this role is based from our London office, we support hybrid working. To us at Aptitude, hybrid working means that our employees come together for 2‑days per week at their local office. It’s an opportunity for our teams to collaborate, solve problems together and to be engaged and involved in the wider community of our business.
We ask employees to come into the office every Wednesday and give you the flexibility to choose your other day.
What we\'re looking for
3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or a related role.
Proven, hands‑on expertise in Marketo (certification preferred) and Demandbase is required, alongside experience with MAPs (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce) and tools (e.g. Outreach, ZoomInfo).
Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting, dashboards, and attribution models.
Experience supporting Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programmes, including implementing and optimising Demandbase to drive ABM growth.
Ability to balance attention to detail with big‑picture process thinking.
A collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.
