An established national training provider is seeking an ICT Apprenticeship Coach to support learners through their apprenticeship journey, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve successful outcomes. This is a predominantly remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with learners across a range of technology-focused apprenticeship programmes. You will work closely with apprentices and employers, providing coaching, guidance, assessment and support throughout the programme lifecycle.
The Role
- Delivering one-to-one coaching and support to apprentices.
- Supporting learners through apprenticeship standards and assessment requirements.
- Working with employers to create development plans and monitor learner progress.
- Assessing and reviewing evidence against apprenticeship standards.
- Providing constructive feedback to support learner achievement.
- Preparing learners for End Point Assessment.
- Conducting progress reviews and maintaining accurate learner records.
- Embedding Maths, English, Safeguarding, Prevent and British Values within delivery.
- Identifying and overcoming barriers to learning.
- Maintaining high levels of learner engagement, retention and achievement.
- Working collaboratively with quality, operations and employer engagement teams.

Essential Requirements
- Teaching & Assessment
- Either: PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Or: Level 3 Teaching Qualification
- Assessor Qualification
- Technical Competence
- Either: Degree-level qualification and relevant industry experience
- Or Higher-level qualification than the programmes being delivered
- Or Relevant technical certifications and industry experience
Desirable
- Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification or willingness to work towards one.
