We are proud to be supporting a leading Scottish training provider in their search for a New Business Executive to join their expanding team in Glasgow. This organisation has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality training and apprenticeship programmes across the UK and is now investing heavily in the growth of its Modern Apprenticeship provision, particularly within IT and Digital sectors. The Role
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Scotland
- Promoting Modern Apprenticeship programmes to employers across a range of sectors
- Building strong relationships with new clients and understanding their workforce needs
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
- Supporting clients in creating sustainable talent pipelines through apprenticeships
- Working towards and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Developing your own client portfolio, with ongoing account management responsibilities
