Aptitude Recruitment is working with a growing training organisation in Glasgow that is looking for a confident and commercially driven Business Development Consultant to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, building relationships and managing their own portfolio of clients. You ll be responsible for promoting and selling SVQ training programmes, developing new employer relationships and then account managing those clients to identify further opportunities and build long-term partnerships. Already have experience selling SVQs or funded training? Brilliant. Don t have training-sector experience? Don t let that put you off. Our client is open to candidates from outside the sector who can demonstrate a strong background in sales and account management, with the drive and ability to learn the training landscape.
