Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst
Location: Remote (UK/EU) with required onsite presence in Milton Keynes, England for key workshops and project milestones
Engagement: 12 month +
Rate Type: 1099 or C2C equivalent (UK Ltd Co acceptable)
Onsite Expectation: Primarily remote, with periodic onsite sessions in Reading as required by the project
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors BA to support a large‑scale HR transformation program. This role requires deep SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modules, strong process design capability, and the ability to lead workshops, guide business stakeholders, and drive end‑to‑end solution delivery. The consultant will partner closely with HR, Talent, Payroll, and IT teams to design and optimize the global HR operating model.
Responsibilities
- Functional design and configuration across key SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, LMS, or others depending on project scope).
- Facilitate workshops with HR, Talent, and business stakeholders to define requirements and future‑state processes.
- Own configuration, functional specifications, test scripts, and defect resolution across assigned modules.
- Drive integration design with Payroll, Time, Finance, and third‑party HR systems.
- Oversee RBP design, data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and cutover readiness.
- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and SuccessFactors implementation methodology.
- Act as the primary functional advisor to HR leadership and project sponsors.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with hands‑on configuration across multiple modules.
- Strong understanding of global HR processes, data models, and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading workshops and driving design decisions with HR and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of integrations between SuccessFactors and Payroll/Time/Finance systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to travel to Reading, England for key workshops and project milestones.
Ideal Profile
- Senior SuccessFactors consultant who can lead design, own deliverables, and guide HR teams through transformation.
- Comfortable balancing hands‑on configuration with advisory responsibilities.
- Prior consulting experience or work within global HR transformation programs is highly preferred.
- Able to operate independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.
