Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CPI Lead to support integration work across a professional service–focused S/4HANA landscape. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Integration Suite, API management, and hybrid integration patterns. The consultant will lead integration design, oversee development, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end design and delivery of integrations using SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
- Architect integration patterns across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba, Salesforce, and other cloud/on prem systems.
- Facilitate workshops with business, technical, and architecture teams to define integration requirements and data flows.
- Develop and review functional and technical specifications for interfaces, APIs, mappings, and transformations.
- Oversee development, testing, and deployment of CPI integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (FI/CO, PS, SD, HR, Procurement) to ensure seamless end to end process integration.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, and post go live stabilization.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, and enterprise integration frameworks.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of integration experience, with 5+ years hands on in SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
- Strong background in API management, REST/SOAP services, IDocs, SFTP, EDI, and message queues.
- Experience integrating S/4HANA with cloud and hybrid systems.
- Ability to lead integration architecture discussions and drive technical decisions.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel 8 days per month to Winnersh as required.

- Senior CPI consultant who can own integration architecture, lead development teams, and operate independently.
- Comfortable working in fast moving, multi system environments with complex data flows.
- Prior consulting or professional services industry experience is highly preferred.
