We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our UK Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on B2B marketer who enjoys taking ownership, driving programmes forward, and delivering measurable results. This hybrid position is aligned to our London office, 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to key business priorities.
  • Create and manage content plans across thought leadership, campaigns, webinars, events, and sales enablement materials.
  • Produce engaging marketing content, presentations, messaging, and briefings.
  • Coordinate activity across digital, content, communications, and events to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Manage multiple projects and campaign workstreams simultaneously, ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives.
  • Work closely with external agencies and suppliers, providing clear briefs and maintaining quality standards.
  • Track campaign performance and use insights to optimise future activity and improve results.

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B marketing experience within pensions, professional services, financial services, or another complex services environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across content, digital, events, and webinars.
  • Experience developing content that supports propositions, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across specialist teams.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.
