Responsibilities
- Managing a wide range of pension administration activities, including leavers, data updates, setting up benefits into payment, and responding to member enquiries.
- Supporting annual scheme events and updates.
- Performing pension calculations with guidance from your team.
- Accurately inputting and maintaining pensions data across systems.
- Delivering work within agreed timescales and maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvements in processes and client service.
Qualifications
- Strong numeracy skills and confidence working in a numbers‑focused role.
- Previous experience in pensions administration is desirable, ideally with knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above).
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and follow processes and procedures.
