Aptia UK Limited is seeking an experienced Client Director or Senior Client Director to join our UK Pensions business on a hybrid basis. You will own a portfolio of key pension clients, acting as their strategic partner and primary contact, coordinating with operations, consulting and leadership teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.

You’ll drive client retention, deliver insights, and lead reviews while aligning with SLAs and KPIs.
