We're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our UK Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on B2B marketer who enjoys taking ownership, driving programmes forward, and delivering measurable results. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support key service propositions, while creating compelling content, delivering engaging events and webinars, and helping build Aptia's market presence. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end responsibility for campaign delivery, optimisation, and performance. This is hybrid position aligned to our London office, 3 days per week.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to key business priorities.
  • Create and manage content plans across thought leadership, campaigns, webinars, events, and sales enablement materials.
  • Produce engaging marketing content, presentations, messaging, and briefings.
  • Coordinate activity across digital, content, communications, and events to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Manage multiple projects and campaign workstreams simultaneously, ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives.
  • Work closely with external agencies and suppliers, providing clear briefs and maintaining quality standards.
  • Track campaign performance and use insights to optimise future activity and improve results.

We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Strong B2B marketing experience within pensions, professional services, financial services, or another complex services environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across content, digital, events, and webinars.
  • Experience developing content that supports propositions, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating across specialist teams.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in a role where you can take ownership of impactful marketing programmes with visibility across the organisation.
