Aptia are looking for a De-risking Senior Analyst to lead complex projects that deliver accurate, high-quality data and de-risking solutions to trustees, clients, and internal teams. Partnering with Client Directors internally, you will also act as a key client contact, providing technical guidance, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines and quality standards. You will also mentor junior team members, contribute to an effective peer review process and drive process improvements. This is a hybrid working position which can be aligned to any Aptia UK office.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead multiple de-risking projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Perform pension calculations, data audits, and risk analysis
- Manage client relationships, budgets, and billing cycles
- Implement and maintain risk-based project plans aligned to client expectations
- Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, including offshore teams
