Are you an experienced professional working within the Pensions Administration sector with a passion for getting things right for both our clients and members?

Joining us as Client Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of current and future client partnerships within the Scotland Portfolio.

You will champion service excellence, drive commercial growth and safeguard member satisfaction.

This is a hybrid working role and could be aligned to our office in Glasgow.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and nurture high‑impact client relationships, ensuring alignment with service commitments and long‑term objectives.
  • Lead the delivery of day‑to‑day services of Pension Administration teams, driving performance against a defined set of KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for commercial growth and work closely with the Client Portfolio Owner to deliver revenue and contribution growth across your accounts.
  • Collaborate with Operations Directors to implement operational improvement plans that boost efficiency and enhance client value.
  • Ensure client work is compliant, controlled, and in line with internal policies and external regulatory expectations.
  • Strengthen client trust and engagement, with a relentless focus on retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage cost control, contribute to commercial planning, and support audit and financial reporting processes.
  • Act as the commercial lead for clients, delivering creative, value‑adding financial and contractual solutions.

Here's what we're looking for

  • Deep understanding of defined benefit (DB) pensions and the complexities of scheme administration.
  • A proven background in client‑facing roles within third‑party administration environments - you may have an operational background with some client facing responsibility looking to build on this in your next role.
  • Strong operational and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering against financial and performance targets.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
