As our new Reward Manager, you\’ll play a key role in developing and implementing our global reward strategy. You\’ll be responsible for everything from managing annual pay reviews and incentive plans to ensuring our compensation packages are competitive and compliant. You\’ll also be leading and mentoring a small, international team of reward professionals, guiding their development and ensuring effective delivery of team objectives. About You
You\’re a highly collaborative and experienced Reward specialist with a strong understanding of compensation best practices. You have a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders, analysing market trends, and driving decisions on rewards. You\’re also a confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally, you have experience with:
- Global reward strategy development and implementation
- Managing annual pay and bonus review cycles
- Equity award administration and reporting
- Market analysis and benchmarking
