ERP Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP solutions and business processes, along with hands-on experience in ERP deployment, configuration, integration, and customization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of ERP solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate ERP platforms with other business applications.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3 years working with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP modules.
  • Experience with ERP system integrations and data migrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ERP certification or other relevant technology certifications.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain UK Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance.
  • Candidates who already hold active DV clearance are highly desirable.
  • Due to the nature of the projects, applicants must be willing to undergo the UK Government security vetting process if not currently cleared.
