Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, deliver compelling sales presentations, conduct negotiations, and close contracts with precision.
  • Reach out to accounts with the aim of rekindling relationships and uncovering new growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is consistently maintained.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience, providing exceptional value throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
