Aptean is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join its global HR Technology team in the UK. You will blend functional Oracle HCM expertise with technical development skills to design, configure, test and support Fusion HCM solutions across multiple modules.
You will deliver scalable business solutions, develop technical components like BI Publisher reports and HCM extracts, and work with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to optimise Oracle HCM.
