- About Bridge
Bridge is the interface layer that connects opportunities, data, brands, and consumers across the Ap Tap ecosystem.
Bridge sits as the delivery mechanism for our product portfolio, enabling brands to launch embedded experiences quickly whilst leveraging the data, workflows, and infrastructure needed to deliver journeys inside of banking apps.
As Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analysing and optimising the performance of Bridge’s product funnels — spanning utilities comparison and switching, insurance, ecommerce, rewards, and competitions — working within a dedicated squad consisting of product, data, and engineering specialists.
About the Role
We’re looking for a data‑driven Product Analyst to optimise Bridge’s product funnels through its next stage of growth.
This role combines funnel analysis, commercial thinking, customer understanding, and experimentation.
You’ll work closely with our Technology, Partnerships, Data, and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, prioritise investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You’ll own the analytical view of how each Bridge funnel performs — identifying where users drop off, why, and what to change — and turn those insights into prioritised recommendations that shape the roadmap.
You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with your squad whilst ensuring Bridge continues to create value for both partners and consumers.
- What You’ll Do
- Funnel Analysis & Optimisation
- Own the measurement, analysis, and optimisation of conversion across all Bridge product funnels — utilities comparison and switching, insurance, ecommerce, rewards, and competitions
- Define and track KPIs and key results aligned to company goals
- Prioritise optimisation opportunities based on customer value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility
- Build funnel dashboards and reporting that give the business a clear view of performance
- Act as the go‑to source of product performance insight for the Bridge business unit
- Work within a cross‑functional squad of product, data, and engineering specialists
- Bring data and insight into squad planning and prioritisation
- Share analytical best practice across the team
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Measure delivery outcomes against roadmap commitments
- Customer & Partner Development
- Work closely with banking partners, brands, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and opportunities
- Translate market needs and funnel insights into scalable product improvements
- Support partnership and commercial discussions where performance insight is required
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the product
- Experimentation & Measurement
- Work alongside Technology and Platform teams to ensure successful delivery
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve funnel conversion
- Use data and analytics to guide decision‑making
- Measure whether initiatives achieve their intended outcomes and feed learnings back into the roadmap
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and insight generation
- Champion AI‑driven approaches across the squad
- Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into product experiences and workflows
- What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role
- Experience analysing and optimising digital product funnels and conversion journeys
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise competing demands and make difficult trade‑off decisions
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
- Experience working closely with engineering and data teams
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, including SQL and hands‑on experience with product analytics tools (e. g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment
- Comfortable getting hands dirty, from analysis through to implementation
- Experience within fintech, banking, Saa S, or data‑driven products
- Experience designing and analysing A/B tests or experimentation programmes
- Experience using SQL, Looker or Power BI, Jira, and Notion
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and platform products
- Experience working with AI‑powered tools and workflows
- Knowledge of embedded finance, loyalty, rewards, or consumer engagement products
- Experience working in the price comparison space
- Success in Your First 12 Months
- Establish clear baseline metrics, dashboards, and reporting across all Bridge product funnels
- Grow conversion rates across Bridge product funnels against OKRs
- Build strong relationships across Technology, Partnerships, Sales, and Product teams
- Deliver measurable improvements to product adoption and partner value
- Embed a data‑driven, experiment‑led culture within the squad
- Identify and execute new growth opportunities for the Bridge platform
