What you'll do
- Architect Azure Landing Zones, including identity, networking, and governance structures.
- Create and manage Infrastructure-as-Code deployments using Bicep, Terraform, and ARM templates.
- Build CI/CD workflows via GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to speed up platform delivery.
- Implement automated security and compliance controls using Azure Policy.
- Direct SRE initiatives such as observability, incident response, and performance tuning.
- Manage containerized workloads and Azure Kubernetes Service deployments.
- Configure security protocols using Microsoft Entra ID, Key Vault, Sentinel, and Defender.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering.
- 5+ years of direct experience with Azure platform engineering and architecture.
- Proficiency in Azure Landing Zones, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Advanced skills in Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Azure CLI, PowerShell, and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SRE methodologies, automation, and incident management.
- Expertise in cloud governance and Microsoft security services.
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Certifications including AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-400, CKA, or CKAD.
- Background in regulated industries such as GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA.
- Experience with GitOps, Azure Arc, Ansible, Flux, ArgoCD, or chaos engineering.
