ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated Travel Consultant with a passion for sales and exceptional customer service. You will handle inbound enquiries from both Direct Clients and Travel Agent Partners, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and focused on delivering the best travel experience. From initial enquiry to pre-departure, you will be the key point of contact, guiding customers through their journey with expert knowledge and outstanding service. Your ability to drive sales, maximise revenue opportunities, and exceed targets will be essential in this role. You will confidently upsell and cross-sell, ensuring customers receive the best travel options while contributing to business growth. Additionally, you will provide weekend on-call cover on a rota basis, assisting with any in-resort issues to ensure a smooth experience for our travellers. Most importantly, you will be part of a fantastic, supportive team that thrives on success and collaboration. This role has a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in our London office and 3 days working remotely from home. Team members in our call centre participate in a rota Monday - Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Convert enquiries into bookings, maximising every opportunity to upsell and cross-sell.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience with exceptional service from start to finish.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls and written enquiries with clarity, confidence, and expertise.
- Manage multiple bookings and enquiries efficiently across calls and emails.
- Support customers with any pre- and post-booking queries, including changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions.
- Work closely with the wider team to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.
