Senior Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £58,000 - £62,000
I’m seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and self-motivated Senior Multi Skilled Engineer to join my clients established London Mobile team. The Senior Multi Skilled Engineer will be required to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdown support, diagnostics, repair, and installation services for a wide range of commercial and industrial systems across a large portfolio or commercial contracts.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- COCN1 (Core Commercial Gas Safety)
- ICPN1 (Installation of Commercial Pipework)
- CIGA1 (Commercial Indirect Fired Heating Appliances)
- CDGA1 (Commercial Direct Fired Heating Appliances)
- TPCP1A or TPCP1 (Testing & Purging of Pipework)
- CORT1 (Commercial Overhead Radiant Tubes & Appliances) – desirable but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Heating & Ventilation, Gas Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across a range of boiler manufacturers and types.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations pertinent to boiler operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Desirable:
- AC and Electrical knowledge, Experience with AHU’s and FCU’s preferred.
- F GAS Cat1
- Basic electrical qualifications
- Experience with Building Management Systems
