Mobile Mechanical Plumber
Location: London (Mobile with a van)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000
Apt Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Plumber to join a leading M&E building services provider for a role within their mobile team carrying out PPM and reactive works.
Job Role:
- The Mechanical Plumber will be required to perform general preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems, water and other distribution systems.
- Respond to general maintenance duties and operate building equipment and systems to include building engineer/technician operational duties as assigned.
- Assists other department staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations where plumbing expertise is required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3
- Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience
- Time management
- Client Facing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
