Location: Victoria, SW1V

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 + Bonus

My client, a leading M&E building services provider in London, are currently seeking an Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer to join their team for a static role based at a corporate head office in Victoria.

Job Duties:

  • Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
  • Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
  • Use client portal and CAFM system if required
  • Provide Further works reports where required
  • Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
  • Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
  • Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
  • Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
  • Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday

Skills Required:

  • C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
  • A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
  • Other skills preferable, mechanical, electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability.
  • Ability to develop and be part of a team.
  • Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
  • Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
  • Positive attitude “can do will do”.
  • Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
  • Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales
  • Provide technical support to administration staff as required.
