Technical Facilities Manager Location: Canary Wharf Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. The Role: I require a Site Based Technical Facilities Manager for a prestigious site based in the Canary Wharf area. The requirement is for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with building management experience of Managing a Total FM contract with an eye for great detail working for a prestigious London Building. The site is a prestigious building where the client requires meticulous and precise management of all services. The Technical Facilities Manager will require constant communication with the Contract Management team, building tenants and the client is key to this role and a pro-active attitude in the management of core HVAC and M&E and all specialist services and contractor works whilst ensuring that the Mechanical PPM works are conducted swiftly and to the highest standard with minimal interference to the day to day operation of the building and its tenants. Key Responsibilities: Delivery of mechanical PPMs to the building, daily building checks, compliance checks, daily, weekly and monthly. Planning, allocating and delivery of all core M&E HVAC PPM works to be delivered to site.
