Job Summary
My client are looking for a Construction Manager with a Lift Engineering background for a new role within their organisation. This is a site based position, where the Construction Manager will be required to facilitate and oversee the work of the Trade Contractors for compliance with quality and programme requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor, facilitate and inspect the installation of passenger, goods, evacuation and firefighting lifts.
- Ensure that the Trade Contractors are carrying out their work in accordance with the contract, including associated specifications, approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments and other approved documents relating to Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality issues.
- Assist the Project Manager in the development of the design documents by attending meetings and coordinating the design team where required to meet target dates.
