About the Role:

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Ductwork Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take a leading role in overseeing ductwork installation projects across a variety of commercial and residential sites in and around London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate ductwork installation teams on-site
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
  • Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients
  • Manage materials, tools, and workforce efficiently
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Duct Fitter, Ductwork Supervisor or Senior Duct Fitter (Will consider candidates looking for a step up)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation
