My clients are currently seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer for an opportunity in Camberwell based on a public sector contract. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be working across 5 sites in central London (a van will be provided) carrying out PM and reactive maintenance tasks.
Role Summary:
Working with a team of engineers, the main focus of the Air Conditioning Engineer is to carry out service maintenance works on site. The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.
Job Duties:
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
- Provide Further works reports where required
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
Skills Required:
- City & Guilds Level 2 AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications
- F Gas Cat 1 (2079)
- Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
- A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
- Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHUs, Coldrooms and Specialist Refrigeration
- Ability to develop and be part of a team
- Manage their own time, works and paperwork
- Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
- Positive attitude “can do will do”
- Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
