Apt Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Plumber to carry out PPM and reactive works on a static commercial building in Camberwell.
Job Role:
- The Mechanical Plumber will be required to perform general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems, water and other distribution systems throughout the building.
- Respond to general maintenance duties and operate building equipment and systems to include building engineer/technician operational duties as assigned.
- Assists other department staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations where plumbing expertise is required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3
- Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience
- Time management
- Client Facing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
