About the Role:
My clients seeking an experienced and motivated Ductwork Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take a leading role in overseeing ductwork installation projects across a variety of commercial and residential sites in and around London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate ductwork installation teams on-site
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Manage materials, tools, and workforce efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Duct Fitter, Ductwork Supervisor or Senior Duct Fitter (Will consider candidates looking for a step up)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK Drivers Licence (Manual/Automatic) xiskglj
Desirable:
- Experience working on large commercial projects
- First Aid certification
- CSCS card (relevant trade)
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)
