The Maintenance Supervisor will be required to supervise and manage Tenant Services contracts, maintenance programmes, and maintenance staff within the supervisor's assigned contracts.
To manage tenants' extra works, to produce maintenance contract reports and manage compliance documentation.
Location: Canary Wharf
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
