Static AC Engineer Location: South East LondonHours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmSalary: Up to £50,000 + benefitsMy client, a leading M&E building services provider are currently seeking a static AC Engineer to join their team within one of their key contracts in south east London. J ob Duties: Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client siteComplete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk AssessmentsProvide Further works reports where requiredLiaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works requiredUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site informationInform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset managementCollecting parts from supplier or head office where applicableProvide weekly timesheet to office on a MondaySkills Required: F-GASC&G Level 2 in AC & RefrigerationA continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plan.
Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
