? Plumber Location: Lewisham
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
Day to day responsibilities
PPM and reactive Plumbing duties
Keeping records of stock
Survey jobs and notify your team leader of materials required.
Keeping a PDA up to date
The Person
A minimum of 3 years commercial Plumbing experience, such as hospitals, schools, residential buildings, universities, offices.
Must have a sound knowledge of Plumbing and leak detection,
Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations regarding maintenance activities.
Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
Qualifications .
Plumbing Level 2 minimum (NVQ/C&G)
IPAF 3a/3b ticket (ideal but not essential)
