My clients are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Service Maintenance, with specific expertise in AHU Servicing. This role requires a full UK driver's license and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and servicing of Air Handling Units in various commercial and industrial settings.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AHU systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control components.
  • Carry out repairs, replacements, and upgrades to AHU equipment as necessary.
  • Conduct performance testing and optimization of AHU systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Collaborate with other building service professionals to integrate AHU systems with overall HVAC and building management systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest AHU technologies and industry developments.
