My client, a leading M&E building services provider, is currently seeking a static AC Engineer to join their team within one of their key contracts in South East London.
Job Duties:
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
- Provide Further works reports where required
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
- Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
- Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
Skills Required:
- F-GAS
- C&G Level 2 in AC & Refrigeration
- A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.
- Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plant.
- Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
