Location: Nine Elms, London SW11
Hours: 8:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
My client, a leading M&E building services provider, are currently seeking an Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join their team. The role is static being based on a commercial contract in Nine Elms.
Job Duties
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
- Use client portal and CAFM system if required
- Provide Further works reports where required
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
- Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
Skills Required
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition
- Comprehensive working experience from Building Services environment.
- A continuous history of employment within the Building Services industry.
- Other skills preferable, mechanical, basic electrical, Identification and adaptability.
- Must have experience with AHU\’s and FCU\’s
- Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork.
- Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
- Positive attitude “can do will do”.
- Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
- Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales
- Provide technical support to administration staff as required.
- Available for OOH works
