Apt Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Plumber to carry out PPM and reactive works on a static commercial building in Camberwell.
Job Role: The Mechanical Plumber will be required to perform general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems, water and other distribution systems throughout the building. Respond to general maintenance duties and operate building equipment and systems to include building engineer/technician operational duties as assigned. Assists other department staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations where plumbing expertise is required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Minimum of Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3
- Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience
- Time management
- Client Facing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
