Working within a premium residential environment, youll be responsible for maintaining a range of specialist building services systems while providing a professional and customer-focused service to tenants within the apartments. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the luxury apartments Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across a range of electrical and mechanical building services Maintain and troubleshoot CIUs, HIUs, lighting control systems, underfloor heating systems, and BMS systems Ensure all apartment engineering systems are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably Respond to tenant maintenance requests and provide a professional, customer-focused service Liaise directly with residents and tenants to understand issues xdjnayx and communicate repair requirements Complete accurate maintenance records and report any defects or ongoing issues Carry out routine inspections and identify potential faults before they develop into larger issues Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with relevant health
